Savannah Rayat is an Executive Agile Transformation Coach and Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation - the gold standard in coach certification. For more than 17 years, she has guided Fortune 10 executives and their leadership teams, bringing an investor mindset to organizational change: inspecting, adapting, and strengthening adoption, behaviors, and accountability at every turn.

Savannah is passionate about evoking authentic agility - creating environments where learning from failure is celebrated alongside success, and where leaders build high-performing, people-first cultures that inspire transformation that lasts.

A trailblazer in her field, Savannah integrated Agile principles and the Scrum framework into both the real estate and coaching industries - streamlining sales and marketing cycles, accelerating time-to-market, and helping entrepreneurs grow with greater efficiency. She takes a customer-centric, value-based approach to change management that leaders can apply immediately.

As faculty with the Kintsugi Coaching Academy and trainer for the Kintsugi Training Institute, she mentors aspiring coaches while serving global executive clients. Her work blends Industrial-Organizational Psychology, brain-based conversation skills, and adult learning - including her certification as a licensed Training from the BACK of the Room trainer.

Savannah holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's in Management and Leadership, and is completing her Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. A published author with an extensive certification portfolio, she speaks at conferences worldwide and volunteers at Agile and Scrum community events throughout the year.
